Our Artichoke is categorized into 3 different sizes:
- Small size (A): Diameter ranges from 40mm to 50mm
- Medium size (B): Diameter ranges from 50mm to 60mm.
- Large size (C): Diameter is more than 60mm.
Available Varieties:
- French Method: Dark color, natural smell, taste and flavor of fresh artichoke is yet preserved.
- Egyptian Method: White color, natural smell, fresh taste and flavor of the artichoke.
